It is proposed that the currently sitting 112th Congress of the United States of America be Indicted by the People of the United States of America and Judgment be brought on these Charges by the Supreme Court of the United States of America. In order to bring the full extent of distaste and disgust of the American People for the actions, inactions and ideological posturing of the said 112th Congress to the attention of the members of the 112th Congress, this process of petition made available through the Administrative Branch of the Government of the United States is initiated herewith.
